I personally tune every PCP that I sell to 3/8" groups at 50 yards and SD of 0-3

I settle the regulator (usually takes 50 or so shots, sometimes more)

As soon as I receive a PCP in inventory and after it adjusts to room temperature, I fill it to the max fill pressure.  Then before it ships I make sure it's still at the same exact pressure.  If not, I don't ship it.

I shoot (weather and wind permitting) 2 to 3 hours every day.  I chronograph every shot I take except when hunting.

Most of the time I have calm wind in my shooting lane.  If not I don't shoot.
