Refund policy

Please note our strict return and exchange policy as outlined below:

Requests for a refund will be made with a store credit or replacement product.

If your product(s) are/were not available at the time of purchase and you placed a backorder and your were given an estimated time frame, usually 2 to 4 weeks on products from AirMaks Arms in the Czech Republic, delivery dates can vary significantly because of constantly changing tariffs/duties and the inability of UPS to deliver on time, customs backlog in the Czech Republic (outbound) and at JFK (inbound).  Accordingly, you cannot cancel an order and get a store credit if you didn't want to wait for the product to arrive at AirgunDirect.com   Of course after a product arrives, it is thoroughly checked out, leak test for 48 hours and receives a free tuning, you will receive a tracking/shipping email.  You do not need to call or contact us because we are more anxious than any customer could be to get ALL of our products in.

All other products are either in stock or available on very short notice from our distributors and manufacturers.  Domestic out of stock orders are usually restocked within a week, barring weather delays or union disputes with the carrier.

Any order/pending order that you have paid-for may not be cancelled whether shipped or not yet shipped. Special Orders and Backorders are non-cancelable ore refundable.  The associated remittance will be remitted back to you via a store credit or AirgunDirect.com Gift Card at your preference.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

At AirgunDirect.com, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Our 60-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that if any non-consumable item you purchase from us does not meet the advertised specifications—excluding cases of defective or damaged products—you can rely on our support.

This policy does not apply if you "find a better price" or the item performs as specified, but you "just don't like it" due to a malfunction or defect or "changed your mind".

Here's how our guarantee works:

  1. Reporting an Issue: If you find that a product doesn't meet its specifications, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. Our team will work with the manufacturer's technical support to resolve the issue.
  2. Returning the Product: If the issue remains unresolved, and we may issue a RMA number to you, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item in its original packaging. Ensure the product hasn't been misused or modified.  Packages sent to us without the RMA conspicuously displayed near the shipping label, will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Shipping back to us is at your expense and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Inspection and Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product:
    • If it's in resalable condition, we'll issue a transferable store credit equal to the original purchase amount.
    • If the product is defective and we were not able to resolve the issue over the phone, we'll arrange for the return of the defective item and get a replacement on the way to you in less than 5 business days, usually sooner. (barring anything unforeseen)
    • If the product isn't in resalable condition, a restocking fee of 40% to 50% of the current retail price on our website may  apply.

For manufacturing defects, please contact the manufacturer directly, as they handle such claims under their warranty policies.  If you need assistance from us, we're here for you.

Additionally, you may have other rights and remedies provided by the laws of the state where the product was delivered.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and may offer repair or replacement, at our discretion,  based on the nature of the problem, .  Manufacturing errors and defects that are reported after the 60 calendar day satisfaction period are covered by the product's respective manufacturers warranty.  To validate the manufacturer's warranty, you may be required to register your product with the manufacturer and provide proof of purchase. Should we decide that you should return the item to us, call us at 203 941 0230 or email AirGunDirect@Gmail.com for an RMA number.  Do not ship any product back to use without a RMA number, as without it marked on the address label, it will be refused.
