    Customer service

    Sandy at Airgun Direct is the most attentive service provider I’ve come across in the Airgun industry. I had a question concerning caliber designation for use of slugs in the GK1 platform.

    I had found that while the GK1 says .25 caliber, .25 caliber slugs were loose in the revolving magazine and would slide back and worse, forward causing the magazine to jam.

    In the GK1 a jam is a problem as the magazine is non removable. A slug that had moved forward caused a total disassembly of the pistol to resolve.

    Sandy took the time, on the weekend, to address very specifically what diameter slug I would need to run in order to get proper fit and function.

    Sandy asked for my serial number and from there was able to assertain the manufacturers specifications for my exact production run and got me pointed in the right direction.

    This interaction involved numerous texts and even a phone call FROM Sandy to my home number for clarification purposes. I’ve never had a sales outfit, ever, put as much energy and personal care into customer service. EVER ! I can not say enough positive words about how this kind of customer service can help when you need information. I won’t even consider going elsewhere for product purchase. This kind of customer service is gold!
