The Reximex RP PCP Pistol/Carbine is a rare type of airgun because it can convert from an air pistol to a carbine air rifle with the included removable high quality synthetic stock. Please note: The 11mm dovetail located on the barrel shroud is slightly higher than the dovetail section located on the rear half of the breech. If you intend to mount an optic using two piece mounts that will require both rail sections to be used, we recommend adjustable rings. An offset mount can also be used to avoid mounting on both rail sections. 

The rifle magazine is larger and will get in the way of the open sights and will limit what optic setups can be used.
