I (Sandy) recommend the "Bundle" That includes the 3L Tank with Valve, a 60" metal flexible 4500psi air hose, a Female to Female Foster Fitting Connector, two Male/Male Foster Fitting Adapters, and a compact (6" or so) Oil/Water Filter with included filter refills that you'd place between a compressor an this tank an/or between this tank and the PCP that you are filling.  Pictures of what's included in the bundle aside from the tank and valve are shown here as well.  You can also purchase these "extras" separately by using the search function on this web site.

Personally, I, (Sandy) have this in my personal collection as well as two 6.8L bottles, remember I'm OCD.  I use the 3L bottle to take next to me when I shoot because it's lighter, smaller and easier for my 78 year old body to carry around.  Depending on what PCP I'm topping off with it, I'll get 3 to 6 top-offs before the 3L tank is below my usual regulator setting(s).  Then I top off the 3L from my Compressor, or if necessary from one of my 6.8L tanks.
